Ingredients : 250g Lean Beef used for every 100g of Jerky, BBQ Sauce (Mustard) Soya sauce (Soy,Gluten),Worcestershire sauce (Barley,Fish), onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Kosher salt, sodium Nitrate (preservative)

Please note : We make small batches of jerky but very frequently. This is to ensure all our jerky is fresh upon arrival. We also stamp a best before date of 2 weeks this is not a expiry date. If you would like to preserve it for longer you can either place the jerky into a air right container such as a mason jar or you can place it in the refrigerator.

If you wish to bulk order / take abroad or have any queries about anything, please feel free to message us so we can discuss vacuum sealing options of the jerky at an extra cost to preserve it for the foreseeable future as well as discussing custom order enquiries.
