Cajun cuisine was originated in the heart of Louisiana by french settlers , the Cajuns were known to use a variety of herbs , spices , and peppers to give their dishes breathtaking flavours , along side our own secret blend of herbs and spices You can expect a combination of ingredients that result in a mouthwatering experience.

Ingredients : 250g Lean Beef used for every 100g of Jerky, Soya sauce (Soy,Gluten),Worcestershire sauce (Barley,Fish), Cajun Seasoning, Kosher Salt,Sodium Nitrate (preservative)

Please note : We make small batches of jerky but very frequently. This is to ensure all our jerky is fresh upon arrival. We also stamp a best before date of 2 weeks this is not a expiry date. If you would like to preserve it for longer you can either place the jerky into a air right container such as a mason jar or you can place it in the refrigerator.

If you wish to bulk order / take abroad or have any queries about anything, please feel free to message us so we can discuss vacuum sealing options of the jerky at an extra cost to preserve it for the foreseeable future as well as discussing custom order enquiries.
